Wild Turkey

Ingredients:
- 3 Pounds ground wild turkey
- 2 Cups chopped celery
- 6 Medium onions chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3 tsp Salt
- 2 Cans diced tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup chili powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 4 Cups tomato juice
- 2 Cans pinto beans undrained
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a big pot and cook turkey in it till brown.
- Add all the ingredients except pinto beans.
- Simmer it for about 60 minutes.
- Now add pinto beans to it and simmer for an additional 60 minutes.
