Ingredients:
- 500gm Dhal flour
- 100gm Dhal
- 1 tbsp Magarine
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 3 tbsp Friend onions
- 4 tbsp Chili powder
- Cooking oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves, sliced finely
Cooking Instructions:
- Soak dhal in water for about 3 hours, drain and pound coarsely.
- Now mix dhal with all the ingredients to form dough.
- Put the dough in proper mould and deep fry the mixture in hot oil on slow flame.
