Ingredients:
- 1 kg Green manathakkali
- 1/2 Cup sour curd
- 4 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients together, mix well.
- Keep it for 5 days and stir once daily.
- Dry it in the sun for 2 to3 days till it becomes completely dry and crisp.
- Now Store it in the tight container.
