Pork Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 Pound pork, ground
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 1 tbsp Poultry seasoning
- 1/4 Cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 Cup honey barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine pork, egg, bread crumbs, garlic salt and poultry seasoning, mix well.
- Make patties out of it, each about 3/4 inch thick.
- Grill or broil 4 to 6 inches from the flame for about 14 to 16 minutes, turning once till no longer pink in the center.
- Serve patties on buns along with the barbecue sauce.
