Refried Beans

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup dried pinto beans
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- A small onion, minced
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Soak the beans overnight in water.
- Cook on the stovetop in 3 cups boiling water for about 2 to 3 hours.
- Take olive oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic in it.
- Mash the beans and then add it to the pan along with chili powder, cumin and salt, cook for about 5 minutes.
