Frijoles Charros

Ingredients:
- 6 Slices bacon, minced
- 3 Cups cooked pinto beans
- 1 Can tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 2 Onions, minced
- 1 Slice ham, diced
- 1/2 Cup chorizo or hot Italian sausage
- 2 tbsp Lard
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 6 Serrano chiles, minced
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Add onions and lard to the pinto beans and cook on medium flame for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Take another skillet and sauté bacon, ham and chorizo.
- Combine it with beans along with tomatoes, chiles, cumin and salt, heat thoroughly.
