Kohlrabi

Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 Young kohlrabi
- 1 Cup kohlrabi liquid
- 1-1/2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika
Cooking Instructions:
- Take out the stem ends from the kohlrabi, peel and slice thin.
- Cover it with boiling salted water and cook till tender, drain and reserve the liquid.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour to it and mix well.
- Add kohlrabi liquid to it and add little water if needed.
- Cook till smooth and thickened, keep stirring.
- Add kohlrabi, pepper and salt to it and heat to the serving temperature.
- Add a dash of paprika, before serving it.
