Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 Cup flake coconut
- 1/3 Cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. Flour
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 2 Egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. Almond extract
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in bowl.
- Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.
- Mix well. Drop the mixture by tablespoon onto lightly greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown.
- Remove from sheets at once.
- Coconut Macaroons are ready.
