Paneer Shashlik

Ingredients:
- 250 gm Paneer
- 2 Onions (Sliced)
- 1 Capsicum (Sliced)
- 1/2 Cup tomato puree
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 Cup fresh Cream
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add onions and capsicum.
- Cook for two minutes.
- Then add tomato puree, fresh cream, salt, garam masala and red chili powder.
- Cook for one minute.
- Cut paneer into cubes and add to the masala. Mix well.
- You can add ½ tsp sugar if you want sweet and sour taste.
- Cook again for two minutes.
- Paneer Shashlik is ready.
