Indian Shrimp Curry

Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Shrimps
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 2 Onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Coriander leaves, chopped

- Masala/Paste:
- 2 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1" Ginger piece
- 2 Garlic flakes
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt as per taste
- Water as needed
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash and clean the shrimps.
- Blend all the ingredients required for the paste/masala.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the paste and simmer it for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimps and water as required.
- Let is cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Indian Shrimp Curry is ready.
