Fenugreek Salad

Ingredients:
- One medium-bunch fenugreek leaves
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Spring onions
- 2 Green chilies
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Groundnut oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Clean, wash and cut fenugreek leaves finely.
- Wash and cut tomatoes in small pieces.
- Cut spring onions also in small pieces.
- Finely chop green chilies.
- Mix them all together in a bowl.
- Add salt and oil.
- Fenugreek Salad is ready.
