Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients:
- 12 ounce Fresh Cranberries
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Apple (peeled, chored, diced)
- 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Golden Raisins
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Allspice
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
Cooking Instructions:
- Take water and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Now add the cranberries, apples, cider vinegar, raisins and spices to it; bring it to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl. Place plastic wrap directly on the surface of the sauce.
- Cool the chutney to room temperature before serving.
