Ingredients:
- 450 gm Beef (refrigerated)
- 3 Green Onions (minced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3 tbsp Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Trim fat from beef; cut beef into 1/8 inch slices.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir in beef until well coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Drain beef; fry in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until light brown.
- Put off the flame and serve Bulgogi with hot rice.
