Ingredients:
- 1 cup Onions (sliced)
- ½ cup (100 grams) Sugar
- ½ cup White Vinegar
- 4 to 5 Green Chilies (slit)
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a saucepan and mix all ingredients in it.
- Keep it on flame and and heat the ingredients till the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir the ingredients occasionally, so that the sugar does not stick at the base.
- Once the sugar is dissolved, remove the pan from heat and let it cool down.
- When it has cooled down to room temperature, pour the mixture in a sterilized glass jar and refrigerate. It can be kept for upto a month.
