Apple Raita

Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 3 cups Fresh Curd
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel off the apple and cut into small pieces.
- Beat the curd till it becomes smooth.
- Mix apple in curd.
- Add pepper, sugar and salt.
- Mix properly and chill for an hour.
- Apple Raita is ready.
