Banana Rhyder

Ingredients:
- 2 Frozen bananas
- 1/2 Cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 Sliced apple
- 2 Pears
Cooking Instructions:
- Chop the bananas.
- Put them with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
- Blend the contents. Turn off the blender every 30 seconds and mash the lumps with a plastic spoon.
- Banana Rhyder is ready.
