Ingredients:
- 2 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
- 5 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Clove (laung)
- 1 Black Cardamom
- Salt, to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash and strain rice in a colander and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Now, take a heavy pan and heat ghee in it.
- Put cinnamon, clove, salt and black cardamom and then add rice to it. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now, put water in it and cook the rice.
- Serve hot.
