Ingredients:
- 75 g Kharbuja or Musk Melon Seeds
- 30 g Sugar, grounded
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Cooking Instructions:
- Clean the seeds (beej) of musk melon (kharbuja) and let them dry.
- Heat ghee in a saucepan and saute beej in it, for 3-4 minutes or till they turn brown.
- Now, put grounded sugar in the pan, so that the beej stick to each other
- Mix well and serve.
