Ingredients:

• 1 Custard Apple
• 500 gms Whipping Cream
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 6 Meringue Nests (made up of egg white and sugar)

Cooking Instructions:

• Blend the custard apple flesh and lemon juice.
• Place the mixture in refrigerator until it sets.
• Fold the whipping cream into frozen custard apple.
• Keep in refrigerator again.
• Scoop the frozen mixture into balls and put it in meringue nests.
• Pour liquor over it and serve.
