Ingredients:
- 3 Bananas, mashed
- 1½ cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Butter, melted
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Lightly grease 10 muffin cups or you can line with muffin papers.
- Take a large bowl and mix together 1½ cups flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- Take another bowl, beat together bananas, egg, sugar and melted butter
- Now, Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until it gets moistened
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups
- Take a small bowl and mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon together
- Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until this mixture resembles the coarse cornmeal
- Start Sprinkle topping over muffins
- Bake in preheated oven for seventeen to twenty minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean and muffins
