Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground Beef
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- ¼ cup Ortega Taco Sauce
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 2-3 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
Cooking Instructions:
- Fry the beef till it gets brown.
- Mix the cream cheese, cottage cheese and chili powder with the Ortega sauce.
- Take a pie pan and put the cheese mixture evenly.
- In a pan take the beef and stir fry the taco seasoning with the taco sauce.
- When the mixture thickens pour it over the pan containing the cheese mixture.
- Add another layer of cheese and put it in a microwave.
- Use it to dip the taco chips
