Moist Lemon Cake

Ingredients:
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
- 1 cup Butter
- 3 tbsp Icing Sugar
- 1 cup Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Cream 3 tbsp of icing sugar with butter.
- Add sifted flour and beaten eggs alternatively.
- Bake in oven for 50 minutes at 400 degree F.
- Boil sugar and lemon juice.
- Remove the cake from oven.
- Pour the boiling lemon mixture over it immediately.
- Cool in a tin.
- Moist Lemon Cake is ready.
