Minced Meat Balls In A Spicy Gravy

Ingredients:
- 1 kg Meat (minced)
- 2 medium-sized Onions
- 2½ tbsp Gram Flour, (roasted)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 2-inch piece Ginger (finely chopped)
- 6 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (for frying)
For Spicy Gravy
- 3 medium-sized Onions
- 1½-inch piece Ginger
- 3-5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 2 tsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Clean the minced meat properly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Combine all the other ingredients and mix with minced meat.
- Blend well and shape into balls sized 1-inch.
- Deep fry the meat balls and keep them aside.
For Spicy Gravy
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, ginger and garlic till they are golden brown in color.
- Now, add rest of the listed ingredients for gravy, barring coriander. Fry for a minute or so.
- Add enough water to make gravy. Bring it to a boil, lower the heat and add the meat balls.
- Continue to cook on low heat, until the gravy reaches the desired consistency.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
