Ingredients:
- 9 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Dark Rum (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat the cream over medium flame. Bring it to a boil.
- Take the chopped chocolate in a bowl and over it pour the boiling cream.
- Whisk it until it is smooth and add the dark rum.
- Cool it slightly and then pour it over a cake or some other dessert.
- Serve.
