Ingredients:
- 1 cup Avocado Pulp (sieved)
- 14 ounce Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Lime Zest (grated)
- ½ cup Lime Juice (fresh)
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 pinch Salt
- 9-inch Pie (single-crust)
Cooking Instructions:
- Beat the egg yolks and to it, add the condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
- Put it in a blender and blend till thick.
- Add the avocado pulp and stir.
- Pour into the pie shell.
- Refrigerate for two hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
