Ingredients:
- For Slaw
- 2 (16 oz) packages Broccoli Slaw
- 1 (3 oz.) package Noodles (oriental flavor or any flavor you have on hand)
- 1/2 cup Green Onions (both white and green parts)
- 1 cup Unsalted Peanuts
For Dressing
- 1/4 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 packet Seasoning (from the noodles)
Cooking Instructions:
- For Slaw
- Using a rolling pin, crush the noodles. This can be done while the noodles are still in the package, or you can remove the noodles and place them in a sealed zip-loc bag and then crush them.
- Toss together the broccoli slaw, crushed noodles and green onions in a large salad bowl. Set aside.
For Dressing
- Whisk together sugar, oil, vinegar and seasoning packet in a small bowl, making the dressing.
For Serving
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the peanuts on top.
- Serve immediately.
