Ingredients:
- ½ cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Apples (diced)
- 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
- ½ cup Pecans (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a large mixing bowl and mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, apples, egg and pecans together.
- Grease an 8-inch baking pan.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan.
- Bake the batter at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Remove and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
