Ingredients:
- 2 cups Fresh Peaches (peeled, pitted and sliced)
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 3/4 cups White Sugar
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until done.
- Peach Cake is ready.
