Copenhagen Salad

Ingredients:
- 6 ounces Blue Cheese
- ½ pound Grapes
- 4 ounces Walnuts (shelled)
- 11 ounces Mandarin Oranges
- White Wine
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the cheese into cubes of ¾ inch (easier to do when cheese is chilled).
- Mix the cheese with black grapes, halved and seeded.
- Cut walnuts and oranges into half and add to the cheese and grapes.
- Sprinkle with a little wine just before serving.
