Ingredients:

- 2 large Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Moong Dal
- 2 Onions
For Topping
- ½ teacup Spinach, chopped
- ½ teacup Cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Baked Beans or Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- Cheese, grated to serve
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- To make the stock, chop tomatoes and onions into big pieces.
- In a pressure cooker add 6 teacups of water and cook moong dal.
- Strain dal once is cooked.
- In a pan, stir fry onions for a minute.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry for another minute.
- Add the stock and cook for 10 minutes.
- Further add the tomato, beans, pepper and salt to taste.
- Serve hot.
