Green Chutney

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh Coriander/Mint Leaves ( finely chopped)
- 5-10 gms Ginger (chopped)
- 4-6 Green chillies
- A pinch of Hing
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1/4 tsp Water(if required)
Cooking Instructions:
- Grind all ingredients in a grinder to a smooth paste using 1/4 tsp water.
- Refrigerate and use when required.
