Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chickpeas (cooked)
- 1 cup Black Beans (cooked)
- 1/2 cup Lentils
- 9 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Bulgur
- 1/4 cup Rice
- 1 large Onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Add lentils to the stock and bring to a boil.
- Add in bulgur and rice and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
- Sauté onions in oil, until they are browned.
- Add chickpeas, beans, onions and their oils to the lentils.
- Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and serve.
- Serve hot.
