- 1 medium Cucumber (grated)
- 4 cups Fresh Curd (yogurt)
- Chili Powder
- Jeera Powder
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Make the curd smooth by beating it lightly.
- Add the grated cucumber, chili powder, jeera powder and salt.
- Mix thoroughly and set to chill.
- Serve chilled.
