Ingredients:
- 2 cups Water
- 3 tbsp All-purpose Flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Ham, diced
- 2 cups Red Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 3 cups Milk
- 1/2 tsp White Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a medium sized stock pot brings water to a boil, add potatoes in it and cook until tender. Drain reserving 1 cup liquid.
- Now you can stir in butter, flour and onion. Season it with salt and pepper. Gradually stir in potatoes, reserved liquid, milk, cheese, sugar and ham. Simmer it for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
