Ingredients:
- 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
- 3-5 Thai Chili Pepper, sliced
- 2 Shrimp, minced
- 2 tbsp Nam Budoo
- 1 Lime
- 2 Kaffir Lime leaves, thinly sliced
- 1-2 stalks Lemon Grass, thinly sliced
Cooking Instructions:
- First of all, Peel and devein shrimp.
- Then, Cut the shrimp up into small pieces.
- The you can heat budoo sauce over a medium heat.
- Let it boil and add shrimp.
- You can remove from heat when the shrimp is cooked.
- It would not take more than a few minutes. Slice shallot, lemon grasses, kaffir lime leaves and chili peppers thinly.
- You can use two stalks of lemon grass for small stalk and one for a large one.
- Then, Squeeze the lime juice in the pot.
- Slowly add the sliced ingredients to the pot or serving bowl.
- Mix it well and you can serve with rice and vegetables such as Thai eggplants, stinky beans, cucumbers, green beans and any leafy vegetables
