Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
- 1½ tbsp Fish Sauce
- ¾ lb Chinese Chive Flowers (cut)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the Chinese chive flowers into i1 ½ inch pieces.
- Chop the garlic.
- Peel and clean the shrimp.
- Heat a skillet and add the oil. Then put in the garlic and stir fry.
- When the garlic gets brown add the shrimps.
- When the shrimps start to get a little pink add the chive flowers and cook.
- Now add the fish sauce and sugar.
- When the flowers get tender remove from heat.
- Serve with rice.
