Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Okra (wash, dry, and slice lengthwise.)
- 1/2 cup Bengal Gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds (ajwain)
- 4 tsps Chaat Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 Lime (juice)
- Cooking Oil, for deep frying (Vegetable/ Canola/ Sunflower Oil)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a skillet heat the cooking oil in medium heat.
- Mix the okra with rest of the ingredients.
- Season with salt.
- Deep fry the okra until crisp.
- Garnish with lime juice.
