Mongolian Bean Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Garbanzo Beans/ Chick Peas (boiled)
- 1 cup Kidney Beans (boiled)
- 1 cup Wax Beans (boiled)
- 1 cup Ham (boiled and julienned)
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese
- ½ cup Sour Cream (low fat)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise (low fat)
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Dill Weed
- 2 tbsp Mustard (spluttered)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine garbanzo beans, kidney beans and wax beans together.
- Add ham, Swiss cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed and mustard. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate, until chilled.
- Serve.
