Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp dried Red Pepper Flakes
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pot boil the vinegar.
- Add the sugar and mix.
- Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat and then remove.
- Mash the garlic and add salt to it.
- Mix the mashed garlic and salt into the pot.
- Now add the red pepper flakes and stir.
- Cool before serving.
