Ingredients:
- 2 portions Thai Rice (steamed).
- 1 fried Chicken (shredded).
- 1 Egg.
- 3 tbs Olive Oil.
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced).
- 2 hot Chili Peppers (finely sliced).
- 1 tbs Thai Red Curry Paste.
- 1 tbs Thai Soy Sauce.
- 2 tbs Thai Oyster Sauce.
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper.
- Finely sliced Scallion.
Cooking Instructions:
- In low heat sauté the garlic and chili in oil.
- Add the egg and then add the chicken while turning up the heat.
- Add Thai red curry sauce, rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and scallion, mix well.
- Serve hot.
