Ingredients:
- 100 ml fresh Tamarind Pulp
- 200 grams Jaggery (crumbled)
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pan mix the tamarind pulp, jaggery, chili powder and water.
- Simmer in low heat till it gets halved.
- Set for cooling and after that add the honey and salt.
