Ingredients:
- 250 gms Pasta
- 200 gms Tomato Puree
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 5-6 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 3-4 Basil Leaves, Chopped
- 4-5 Fresh Oregano, Chopped
- 1½ cup Cheese, Grated
- 1 Capsicum, Chopped
- 2 Onions, Chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- For Pasta
- If you want to make 250 gms pasta, you need to boil 2.5 liters of water with 25 gms Salt.
- Then, cook for almost 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and rinse in fresh cold water. Keep it aside.
For Sauce
- Heat oil in pan and add garlic and salt.
- After that, add onions and fry them till they become translucent.
- Then, add Tomato Ketchup, Tomato Puree and Salt. Cook it until the sauce becomes thick. To this mixture, add the pasta, grated cheese, basil and oregano.
- Toss gently.
- Serve hot with salad.
