Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Ripe Banana (mashed)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup White Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and put the flour into two 8 x 4 inch loaf pans.
- Sieve the flour and add it to a bowl.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Mix eggs, pecans, bananas, oil and vanilla extract and stir.
- Pour this mixture into prepared pans.
- Bake it for about an hour.
- Cool the pan on wire rack.
- Banana Nut Bread are ready.
