Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 oz Pork Chops
- 3/4 cup Apricot Nectar
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the oil over medium heat and add the chops.
- Cook till both sides are brown.
- In a bowl, mix the apricot nectar, curry powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Pour it over the pork chops and cook on medium-low heat.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or till the meat is fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
