Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic (halved)
- 3 pounds Pork Tenderloin
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic and pour it over the pork.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Place the pork in a shallow roasting pan and bake in a preheated oven, at 165 degree C, for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
