Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2-1/2 tsp Cumin (ground)
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh Cilantro
- 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin (cubed)
- 1 dash Black Pepper (ground)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the chili powder, salt, cumin, garlic, cilantro, and pepper in a bowl thoroughly.
- Coat the pork cubes with the mixture and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
- Bake for 2 hours in an oven preheated at 107 degrees C, until the pork is crispy.
