Ingredients:
- 3 pounds Pork Butt Roast
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke Flavoring
- 1/4 cup Hawaiian Sea Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- In a roasting pan or a casserole dish, place the pork fat side up.
- Mix the water and liquid smoke and pour it over the meat.
- Season with salt and roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 3 hours.
- Shred before serving.
