Ingredients:
- 1 Green Chili (chopped)
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- A few sprigs Cilantro/Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 cup Poha (washed and drained)
- 2 tbsp Peanuts/Groundnuts (roasted)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- In a bowl, add poha, onion, green chili, cilantro, peanuts, red chili powder, lemon juice and salt.
- Mix it thoroughly and serve.
