Ingredients:
- 1 Carrot
- Salt to taste
- 6 Onions
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- 1 cup Curd (Yogurt)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 Green Chillies
Cooking Instructions:
- Grate the carrots.
- Chop onions and green chilies. Keep aside
- Mix grated carrots, onions and curd together.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies.
- Add this mixture to the carrot-curd mixture.
- Add some salt to taste.
- Carrot onion raita is ready to be serve.
Suggestions:
- Serve with rice or pulao.
