Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 bunch Spinach (chopped)
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped)
- 2/3 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix parmesan cheese, spinach and the artichoke hearts together.
- Add remaining ingredients to it as well. Mix it thoroughly.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Suggestions:
- Serve with crackers or toasted bread
